Job Description

SUMMARY:
The Payor Enrollment Credentialing Specialist supports onboarding workflows, assists with credentialing-related enrollment activities, manages expirable, and ensures timely communication with clinics, billing teams, and leadership. The Specialist assists the Payor Enrollment Coordinator as needed and works closely with Central Verification Office staff as well.
EXPERIENCE
1-2 years in a provider enrollment, medical staff services, or working on credentialing tasks for a medical practice.
SPECIAL SKILLS
Organization - competing priorities and juggling tasks, Communication - strong written and verbal communication skills working with physicians, advanced practice professionals, and senior leadership. Specific payor enrollment or managed care experience preferred.
LICENSE/CERT
Preferred:
NAMSS (National Association of Medical Staff Services)
EDUCATION
Required:
High School or Equivalent
