This role helps students complete the enrollment process, answers questions, coordinates with Financial Aid, and ensures students understand what is needed before starting school. We're looking for someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative . The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, communicates well, follows through, and is willing to learn. Responsibilities
  • Guide students through the enrollment process and maintain consistent communication through phone calls, texts, and emails.
  • Work closely with Admissions and Financial Aid to ensure a smooth transition from acceptance to enrollment.
  • Answer basic financial aid and payment questions and connect students with the Financial Aid team when needed.
  • Schedule and conduct enrollment appointments, including reviewing required documentation, financial arrangements, and next steps.
  • Identify students who need additional support and coordinate with the appropriate team members
  • Review documentation for accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate student records and workflows in Academy systems.
  • Assist with administrative projects and collaborate with other departments to cross-train and provide support as needed. Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in admissions, customer service, sales support, account management, or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and follow-through.
  • Comfortable discussing financial information and payment responsibilities.
  • Comfortable making phone calls, sending texts and emails, and following up consistently.
  • Willingness to learn new software, systems, and processes. Schedule & Work Environment
  • Full-time, in-office
  • Monday-Friday during normal business hours ( occasional evenings as required ) Compensation & Benefits
