Your goal is to ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming experience for new clients and their families.

First Impression Ambassador:

Respond promptly and warmly to incoming calls and walk-in referrals, guiding them through the initial inquiry process.

Referral Coordinator:

Complete phone and in-person screenings, maintaining accurate call logs and processing referrals to ensure a seamless intake preparation.

Intake Facilitator:

Send welcome packets, schedule intake appointments, and act as a liaison between families and clinical staff.

Regulatory & Insurance Liaison:

Gather essential information, update ABN forms, and manage Medicare/insurance verification and prior authorization renewals.

Data Steward:

Ensure 100% completion of new client paperwork and meticulous data entry into our Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

Requirements What We're Looking For Empathy & Communication:

A warm, professional demeanor with the ability to converse compassionately with patients and families under stress.

Highly Organized:

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Administrative Aptitude:

Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and standard office software.

Detail-Oriented:

Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in insurance, data entry, and compliance paperwork.

What You'll Bring:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Two (2) years' experience in diversified office work is preferred. Experience with health insurance billing procedures preferred. Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with attention to detail is required. A valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance with minimum coverage of 100,00/300,00 are essential.
