This position involves collaboration via telepractice (Voco) and coordination with an additional Account Executive, offering a dynamic work environment and diverse professional connections.

Preferred Background and Skills:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist Recent experience in a school-based SLP role, providing services to K-12 students Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress documentation Skilled in both in-person intervention and telepractice platforms or willingness to quickly learn virtual service delivery Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, staff, and families Ability to collaborate with educators, support staff, and multiple team members—including virtual professionals

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy services to students individually and in small groups, both in-person and via telepractice as needed Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings to identify student needs and inform intervention plans Develop and implement IEP goals focusing on communication, language, articulation, and social skills Maintain thorough and accurate records of student progress, therapy sessions, and parent communications Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development Take the next step in your career by supporting a welcoming student community and working within a forward-thinking school district.
