That's why we're looking for a compassionate, organized, and service-minded Sober Living Intake Specialist to help welcome individuals into a supportive community focused on long-term recovery and personal growth. This role is more than paperwork and scheduling. You'll be helping people during one of the most important transitions of their lives. From conducting intake interviews and orientations to guiding individuals through the admission process, you'll play a key role in helping clients feel supported, informed, and set up for success from day one. What You'll Do As a Sober Living Intake Specialist, you'll help ensure a seamless transition for clients entering our sober living program.

Responsibilities include:

Managing and maintaining the sober living application tracker to ensure accurate applicant status updates Coordinating and completing client intakes from start to finish Entering and maintaining client information and documentation within Aura Reviewing program handbooks, policies, and house expectations with incoming residents Conducting room and house orientations for new clients Completing bag checks in accordance with organizational policy Maintaining and updating BPS Assessment documentation Ensuring all intake documentation is complete, accurate, and timely Conducting initial interviews with prospective sober living residents Supporting a positive, recovery-focused environment that promotes accountability, safety, and client success What We're Looking For Experience in behavioral health, recovery services, sober living, housing programs, case management, or a related field preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and healthy boundaries Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Reliability, accountability, and a genuine desire to help people succeed in recovery Why CRP?
