Summary We are seeking a full-time Initial Call Specialist to join our team at Walton's Funerals & Cremations. It is essential in this role to deliver exceptional support for families during their most difficult time. This position takes a special type of person who is able to respond to various locations in which deaths occur. The shift is 4:00 pm - 12:30 am. Responsibilities Communicate effectively with clients via phone and in-person interactions. Maintain professionalism and phone etiquette in all communications. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation within the funeral homes. Requirements Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus. Candidate must have a clean driving record. Candidate must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
