As an Enrollment Associate, you'll receive hands-on training from experienced team members while developing valuable skills in marketing, customer communication, and relationship building. Responsibilities of the Enrollment Associate Start friendly promotional sales and enrollment conversations with customers to introduce Kinetic Fiber. Build customer confidence by explaining available products and services in a clear, straightforward manner. Guide customers through the sales enrollment and account setup process while ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. Provide attentive, customer‑first support that builds trust and strengthens confidence in choosing Kinetic Fiber. Contribute to team sales goals by generating customer interest, building relationships, and maintaining a professional presence within assigned territories. Qualifications of the Enrollment Associate A high school diploma or GED preferred is a plus. Experience in marketing, customer service, sales, or outreach is beneficial. Prior Enrollment Associate experience is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly. Comfortable speaking with new people and building rapport. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Able to work in-person, on-site.
