Internet Enrollment Associate:

Engage in customer interactions by delivering insightful presentations on Kinetic Fiber internet and the benefits of enrolling this service. Build strong client relationships, providing professional guidance during the enrollmetn process. Lead by example in customer interactions, demonstrating how to help them understand their internet needs and present tailored fiber solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enrollment activity, and team progress, ensuring organized reporting and timely follow-ups. Collaborate with senior leadership to implement enrollment campaign strategies, share insights and contribute to continuous improvement in sales and marketing approaches. Foster a positive, accountable team culture where members feel supported, motivated, and equipped to deliver exceptional results for the Kinetic Fiber campaign. Qualifications we need for our

Internet Enrollment Associate:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, but motivation and work ethic are most important. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, someone who is eager to take on responsibility in a fast-paced environment and drive team success. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage customers and team members professionally and authentically. Detail-oriented and organized, a person capable of managing multiple priorities, tracking team performance, and maintaining accurate records. Demonstrates integrity and accountability, approaches work with a positive attitude, openness to feedback, and a willingness to grow professionally.

Pay:

$800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
