The Eligibility & Access Liaison is responsible for guiding clients through the healthcare coverage process and ensuring continued access to services through effective management of Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, and renewal activities. This position partners with engagement coordinators, clinical teams, and program staff to facilitate timely and cost-effective access to care. The role is instrumental in minimizing coverage disruptions, supporting Medicaid redeterminations, and helping clients transition seamlessly into available programs and services that meet their evolving healthcare needs. You have two years of relevant experience. You have an active driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
