P OSITION PURPOSE

: The purpose of this position is to review foster home applications for completeness, assess application information, re-license homes, make visits to provide ongoing monitoring of compliance with rules, maintain records, provide information, and perform other duties.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum High school diploma or GED and any combination of education and experience that provides the occupant with the skills, knowledge, and proficiency required to perform the job. Bachelor's degree in social work or related field Three years progressively responsible experience working within Senior and Disability Services or Department of Human Services working with senior or people with disabilities. Basic computer skills and comprehension. Valid driver's license. Must pass a background check. Professional Competencies
