JOB SUMMARY

AND RESPONSIBITIES
Case Management Reviews and Process intake applications for new families Communicates with new families by generating correspondences for all outstanding documents Determines eligibility for subsidized childcare services according to DHS and policies Collaboration Collaborates with other departments within ELRC and other CAP programs Works with coworkers in a respectful, meaningful way to best serve the customers and to develop best practices for workflow and projects Customer Service Provides information to parent and the eligibility criteria Communicates closely with parent/caretaker. Continuous Quality & Performance Improvement Ensures all applications submitted are processed timely and accurately Maintains a thorough understanding and ability to interpret DHS policies and regulations Maintains complete and accurate files and records Planning & Organizing Complies with office procedures and expectations to ensure time mandated requirements on work are met Ensures organization of workflow to meet required deadlines
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
