You'll serve as the primary point of contact for candidates exploring careers in the healthcare field, managing a high volume of inquiries daily across phone, text, and email. This role requires genuine comfort with technology, including working alongside an AI agent that supports program information delivery, and the ability to move quickly and accurately through a fast-paced admissions cycle — all while maintaining full compliance with institutional, state, and accreditation standards. You'll manage student inquiries, facilitate campus tours, and coordinate with academic departments to support recruitment and enrollment. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students inquiring about our Allied Health programs, communicating frequently through text, calls, and email. Manage a high volume of inquiries efficiently using CRM and student information system (SIS) tools, including AI-assisted platforms that support outreach and program information delivery. Accurately explain admission requirements, program structure, and — specific to Allied Health programs — clinical hour requirements, certification or licensure exam expectations, and any background check or health screening prerequisites. Maintain full compliance with institutional policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards in all candidate communications, ensuring program outcomes and requirements are represented accurately at all times. Conduct campus tours and informational sessions that give candidates a clear, honest picture of the program and career path. Manage student data, inquiry tracking, and enrollment progress using CRM and SIS systems; maintain accurate reporting on admissions and recruitment metrics. Coordinate with academic departments and team members on recruiting events, open houses, and outreach initiatives. Respond promptly to inquiries across all channels while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive student information. Support development and implementation of admissions policies aligned with institutional standards and educational compliance regulations. Qualifications Experience in admissions, enrollment, or education administration, ideally within a career, technical, or allied health training environment. Strong communication skills — comfortable managing a high volume of daily conversations across phone, text, and email without losing accuracy or compliance.
Genuine comfort with technology:
CRM systems, SIS platforms, and AI-assisted tools used to manage outreach at scale. Working knowledge of admissions and enrollment processes, with an understanding of accreditation and educational compliance standards. Ability to represent program outcomes, requirements, and licensure/certification pathways accurately and honestly. Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Prior experience in customer service, recruiting, or advising roles is a plus.
