This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about sales, eager to grow professionally, and motivated by team success. You'll gain hands-on experience in client interaction, business development, and leadership training.

What You'll Be Doing:

Collaborate with internal teams to understand services, client goals, and target audiences. Engage directly with prospective clients to build relationships and identify needs. Assist with the creation and delivery of impactful sales presentations. Support senior team members in strategic sales planning and outreach. Take part in leadership training and personal development workshops. Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities. Contribute to onboarding and mentorship of new hires as you grow into leadership.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Previous leadership or mentorship experience is a plus. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work well in a team. Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Pay & Earnings $600 weekly guaranteed pay + commission and performance incentives . Employees in this role currently average approximately $1,500 in gross weekly earnings.
