As a Remote Medical Insurance Verification Specialist, you'll play an important role in helping patients gain access to their prescribed medications by ensuring insurance coverage is verified quickly and accurately. Schedule

Monday through Friday

Assigned 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST

Must be available and flexible to work any shift within those operating hours

TBD What You'll Do As a Medical Insurance Verification Specialist, you will: Verify insurance coverage for prescription medications

Assist patients in obtaining medication coverage and benefits information

Make inbound and outbound calls to patients, guarantors, payors, and payees

Contact insurance companies on behalf of patients

Conduct account research and document updates using call center software

Maintain accurate records and detailed notes

Follow HIPAA regulations and company compliance standards

Meet established call center performance metrics Qualifications but not limited to;

MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YR OF RECENT MEDICAL INSURANCE VERIFICATION OR BENEFITS EXP

) Must have previous experience in prior authorization, claims, HIPPA knowledge.

Previous call center experience recommended but not required.

Must have a quiet secure location in home to work.

Previous experience with high-volume calls-recommended but not required.

Good communication skills

Must have High Speed Internet with Hard wired Modem access (NO
