Remote Schedule:

Standard business hours (8-hour shifts starting between 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM); occasional weekend coverage may be required during peak open enrollment season. Overview Work with a leading healthcare organization as a General Clerk supporting the Workforce Management and Enrollment team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing incoming operational inquiries from vendors, accounts, and third-party administrators (TPAs), triaging requests, and assigning workload to enrollment technicians using an internal Point-based ticketing system. This is a non-phone, email-based position ideal for detail-oriented individuals with healthcare, enrollment, claims, or banking/financial administrative experience. Key Responsibilities Review incoming inquiries and enrollment requests arriving in team email mailboxes. Triage and distribute work requests to enrollment technicians based on current capacity and workload. Track pending requests to ensure technicians provide timely responses back to original submitters. Log, create, and route tickets within the internal Point ticketing system. Extract operational data from Point into Excel to generate and distribute routine reports. Maintain professional email communication with external partners, vendors, accounts, and producers. Required Qualifications Proven experience in administrative support, customer service, or operational processing. Experience in email-based workload distribution, task routing, or ticket creation. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel (ability to export data and run standard reports) and Point. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for routing requests correctly. Ability to commit to a mandatory attendance period from Thanksgiving through early January (peak open enrollment season). Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in healthcare enrollment, claims processing, or as an Enrollment Technician. Background in financial services or banking with transferable customer service and triage skills. Workforce management experience is a plus but not required Nice-to-Have Skills Test reporting and monitoring tools. Cloud-native testing and DevOps practices.
