Core Responsibilities Grow Our Family Caregiver Program:
Drive census growth by aggressively converting inbound leads. Pitch, convince, and onboard new leads to choose and stay with Safe Hands Warm Hearts.
Enrollment Specialist:
Manage a high-volume digital lead pipeline with fast response times. Confidently cold call prospects, pitch our program advantages, and guide them smoothly through the hiring process. Build Relationships with
Referral Sources:
Proactively build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with B2B referral sources, including MCO case managers, AAAs, and VA social workers to secure steady streams of unstaffed cases.
Manage Family Caregivers:
Oversee the ongoing success of enrolled family caregivers. Monitor and enforce strict EVV compliance, ensure timely timesheet submissions, and coordinate actively with state caseworkers. Partner directly with internal payroll and billing teams to ensure flawless end-to-end operations.
Troubleshooting & Support:
Act as the technical and administrative lifeline for families. Guide caregivers through the app setup, assist with complex state paperwork, provide hands-on tech help, and deliver timely follow-ups to make enrollment effortless.
Ideal Candidate Profile Industry Expertise:
Deeply familiar with Medicaid programs, family caregiver enrollment workflows, and state-mandated documentation. Direct experience utilizing HHAExchange is highly preferred.
Sales-Driven Mindset:
A natural closer who is hungry, accountable, and entirely comfortable with cold calling, persistent follow-ups, and handling client objections.
Tech-Savvy:
Highly capable of navigating modern database software and CRMs, and equally skilled at patiently troubleshooting app and tech issues for non-technical family members over the phone or via video share.
Operational Ownership:
A self-starter who thrives in an environment where your compensation is directly tied to the growth, clean billing data, and compliance of your portfolio.
