Job Description

Bilingual Enrollment Specialist Robert Half is partnering with a nonprofit organization to identify a Bilingual Enrollment Specialist for their Enrollment Center. This is a great opportunity for a compassionate, service-oriented professional who enjoys working directly with clients and helping individuals access important community resources.

Position OverviewThe Bilingual Enrollment Specialist will work directly with clients to provide support throughout the enrollment and application process. This role involves assisting clients with applications, answering questions, conducting follow-up, and helping ensure information is collected and documented accurately in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate is empathetic, professional, comfortable connecting with people, and able to maintain accuracy and composure while assisting clients with a variety of needs.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, full-time; 8 hour assigned shifts fall between 7:00 AM and 6:30 PM.
Hybrid Schedule:
After the first 6 months, the role transitions to a hybrid schedule of 3 days remote and 2 days onsite.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with the application and enrollment process for available programsConduct follow-up with applicants and clients as neededProvide guidance and support to individuals applying for or reapplying for benefitsSchedule and assist with client appointmentsGather and accurately document client informationHelp clients understand application requirements and complete necessary formsMaintain accurate records and ensure data qualityCommunicate with clients in a professional, compassionate, and respectful mannerAssist with follow-up activities and special projects as needed
