ExcelHealth Group is seeking a licensed health insurance professional to join our team as an Enrollment Support Specialist. This position works directly with nursing home residents, families, and facility teams to explain and support enrollment in our Senior Comprehensive Insurance Program. An active and verifiable health insurance producer license in the state is required. Applicants who do not currently hold the required license cannot be considered for this position. This is a field-based position with regular travel to nursing homes throughout the state. When not traveling, you will conduct enrollment calls remotely. For the right licensed professional, this is an opportunity to step away from traditional high-pressure insurance sales and use your experience to build relationships, educate families, and help vulnerable populations understand their care options. What You'll Do Travel to nursing home facilities throughout the state to conduct enrollment and educational activities. Meet with residents, families, and facility representatives to explain the enrollment process clearly and respectfully. Conduct enrollment calls from a quiet, professional remote workspace when not traveling. Build and maintain positive relationships with nursing home administrators, social services teams, and other facility partners. Guide participants through enrollment decisions using patience, empathy, and strong listening skills. Maintain accurate enrollment documentation and follow established compliance and ethical standards. Represent ExcelHealth Group professionally in every facility and participant interaction. Required Qualifications Active and verifiable health insurance producer license in the state - REQUIRED Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual Professional, compassionate, and service-focused approach Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the state Reliable personal transportation Ability to work independently and manage a field-based schedule Quiet, distraction-free remote workspace with reliable internet Ability to communicate insurance information clearly without using high-pressure sales tactics Travel & Work Environment This is a remote and field-based position , not a traditional work-from-home role. Regular statewide travel to nursing home facilities is required and may include overnight stays. When not traveling, team members work remotely conducting enrollment calls and completing related responsibilities. Reliable personal transportation is required.
