40 hours per week.During Training:
approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.After training:
Flexible start time between 6:30 AM and 9:00 AM (must pick one and maintain throughout the assignment), Responsibilities- Process member enrollment applications and transactions
- Enter and maintain member demographic and healthcare information within enrollment systems
- Verify enrollment status and update member records as needed
- Process enrollment changes, additions, and terminations
- Research and resolve enrollment discrepancies
- Complete reconciliation activities and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate with internal teams to support enrollment processing
- Maintain productivity and quality standards while handling large volumes of data
- Work within multiple systems and applications to accurately process member information
- Utilize tools including Facets, PEGA, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Requirements
- Experience working in a healthcare operations environment (e.g., Enrollment, Member Services, Claims, Billing)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High-volume data entry with exceptional attention to detail
- Typing speed of 40+ words per minute
- Ability to accurately process and manage large amounts of information
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Must provide and use personal equipment for the assignment
Education:
GED, High School diploma; Associate degree or higher education preferred- Candidate must be able to work onsite System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd.
