Work Model:
Hybrid - onsite and remote
Hours:
40 hours per week.
During Training:
approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
After training:
Flexible start time between 6:30 AM and 9:00 AM (must pick one and maintain throughout the assignment), Responsibilities
  • Process member enrollment applications and transactions
  • Enter and maintain member demographic and healthcare information within enrollment systems
  • Verify enrollment status and update member records as needed
  • Process enrollment changes, additions, and terminations
  • Research and resolve enrollment discrepancies
  • Complete reconciliation activities and ensure data accuracy
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support enrollment processing
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards while handling large volumes of data
  • Work within multiple systems and applications to accurately process member information
  • Utilize tools including Facets, PEGA, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Requirements
  • Experience working in a healthcare operations environment (e.g., Enrollment, Member Services, Claims, Billing)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High-volume data entry with exceptional attention to detail
  • Typing speed of 40+ words per minute
  • Ability to accurately process and manage large amounts of information
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Must provide and use personal equipment for the assignment
Education:
GED, High School diploma; Associate degree or higher education preferred
