$31/hr W2 Overview Join a Consumer Enrollment operations team supporting ACA marketplace (individual) enrollment . You'll partner closely with external vendors/third-party administrators (TPAs) to help onboard new employer groups and ensure enrollment and payment files are processed accurately. What you'll do Participate in weekly vendor/TPA working sessions focused on enrollment and payment processing Support onboarding/implementation of new employer groups and TPAs into the enrollment channel Perform root-cause analysis on file/data issues and drive issues through resolution Troubleshoot EDI enrollment (834) processing issues; support payment-related investigations (including credit card payment discrepancies) Help create/maintain SOPs and operational documentation Assist with testing: define test approach, execute tests, and document results Provide operational support to internal partners (answer questions, share guidance/training as needed) Required qualifications Bachelor's degree (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree) 2+ years in an operations/analyst-style role (level 2+) Hands-on experience with EDI transactions — specifically 834 enrollment files Strong Excel (pivot tables, queries) and strong Microsoft Office Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and clear communication Nice to have Enrollment processing experience (group or individual ACA ) 820 payment files and/or financial reconciliation experience Experience with Facets System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
