Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and gather relevant information from callers Use critical thinking and sound judgment to assess information and determine the appropriate next steps Transfer callers to the appropriate Firm employee or referral resource Conduct outbound follow-up calls Provide professional, courteous, and compassionate customer service Maintain a positive and helpful experience for every caller The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys helping others, communicates effectively, stays calm in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently assess situations and determine the appropriate course of action.
