Full Job Description Location:
Fully RemoteWest Hartford, CT Schedule :
Monday through Friday- 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm The ideal candidate will live within a reasonably commutable distance to West Hartford, CT for purposes of training, departmental meetings and company outings.
- This job requires training Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm for the first 30 days of employment

What You'll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone and online
- Conduct detailed intake interviews and assess case viability
- Accurately input and manage client data in our case management system
- Schedule consultations and follow up with leads
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth onboarding
- Deliver empathetic, professional service every step of the way What You Bring to the

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
- Experience with Microsoft Office and case management software (e.g., Lead Docket, Filevine, Litify)
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
