Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract A closed-door pharmacy near Hartford is seeking a Part Time / Per Diem Staff Pharmacist for contract support over the next 3 to 4 months. This position offers an excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise in long-term care pharmacy within a focused, supportive environment.

Contract Schedule:
Monday through Friday Shift options: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (flexibility to cover both shifts required) Work 1 to 3 days per week (flexible availability needed)
Responsibilities:
Perform PV2 clinical services, including prescription checking and verification Oversee prescription fulfillment and production processes Utilize Frameworks pharmacy system to manage workflow and documentation Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and pharmacy protocols Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain high-quality patient care
Qualifications:
Current and active Connecticut pharmacist license Prior experience in Long Term Care (LTC) pharmacy preferred Proficiency with pharmacy systems, preferably Frameworks Strong attention to detail with high standards for safety and accuracy Adaptability to working various shifts and days per week as needed This contract role is ideal for a pharmacy professional seeking dynamic, part-time work within a dedicated LTC pharmacy setting. Your contributions will directly support patient health outcomes and pharmacy operations.
