Abel Personnel is recruiting 15 Healthcare Member Services Representatives to support a major Medicare Part D enrollment project. You'll assist Medicare beneficiaries as they navigate prescription drug coverage during one of the most important healthcare enrollment periods of the year. Your patience, professionalism, and attention to detail can help ensure seniors receive the benefits they depend on. To ensure candidates have plenty of time to complete onboarding, interviews are taking place now , with final client interviews scheduled for late July through early August . What You'll Do Assist Medicare beneficiaries with enrollment-related questions. Help members understand Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage. Verify and update member information accurately. Document interactions while navigating multiple computer applications. Follow CMS guidelines and HIPAA requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
