Help Seniors Access the Healthcare Benefits They Depend On Work From Home Healthcare Member Services Representative Medicare Part D Enrollment Specialist $17.88/hour | Full-Time | September 8, 2026 - January 2027 Harrisburg, PA Area Residents Only Make a Difference Every Day If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and providing compassionate customer service, this opportunity offers more than just a remote position—it gives you the chance to make a meaningful impact. Abel Personnel is recruiting 15 Healthcare Member Services Representatives to support a major Medicare Part D enrollment project. You'll assist Medicare beneficiaries as they navigate prescription drug coverage during one of the most important healthcare enrollment periods of the year. Your patience, professionalism, and attention to detail can help ensure seniors receive the benefits they depend on. Please Read Before Applying This assignment begins September 8, 2026 and continues through January 2027 . To ensure candidates have plenty of time to complete onboarding, interviews are taking place now , with final client interviews scheduled for late July through early August . What You'll Do Assist Medicare beneficiaries with enrollment-related questions. Help members understand Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage. Verify and update member information accurately. Document interactions while navigating multiple computer applications. Follow CMS guidelines and HIPAA requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
