About Hampton Tutors Hampton Tutors specializes in supporting students who learn differently. We work with middle school and high school students who face challenges related to ADHD, executive functioning, dyslexia, and other learning differences. Unlike traditional tutoring companies, Hampton focuses not only on academic subjects but also on the learning strategies and executive function skills that help students build confidence and succeed independently. Our tutors work with families both in person in the Seattle area and online nationwide. Family Consultations & Enrollment Support Conduct consultations with prospective families to understand student needs Recommend appropriate tutoring approaches and tutor matches Help guide families through the decision to begin tutoring with Hampton Collaborate with the account management team to ensure smooth onboarding Client Relationship Support Follow up with families to ensure satisfaction and alignment Help address academic or learning-related questions Support tutor matching and adjustments when needed Qualifications Required Background in Special Education, Educational Therapy, or a related field Experience working with students with learning differences (ADHD, dyslexia, executive function challenges) Experience mentoring, supervising, or coaching educators/tutors Strong ability to communicate with both parents and educators Comfort guiding families through academic support decisions Experience in program advising/selling in the tutoring or test prep space Preferred Experience working in tutoring programs, learning centers, or academic coaching environments Familiarity with executive function coaching Experience working directly with parents to design student support plans What Makes This Role Unique Direct impact on students who benefit from specialized support Flexible part-time schedule Leadership role with growth potential as Hampton expands Compensation Part-time, flexible (remote) hourly structure depending on experience Bonus opportunities tied to new family enrollments and program growth
