As the Provider Enrollment Coordinator , you'll be responsible for preparing and submitting enrollment applications and supporting documentation to enroll individual providers and provider groups with payers. This role involves ensuring providers are set up for electronic claims submission and electronic remittance advice. You will also follow up on the status of applications for providers and payers and track the progress of all pending applications. The primary responsibilities will include collecting and managing enrollment documents for providers, submitting enrollment applications to insurance companies, and tracking their progress. Additionally, you will coordinate onboarding documents in collaboration with recruiting and credentialing teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Gather and organize all necessary enrollment documents for provider enrollment with payers, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Register providers with CAQH and manage organization linkages, ensuring accurate entry and maintenance of all provider information in the credentialing database. Coordinate and submit provider enrollment applications to insurance companies, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Monitor and follow up on the provider enrollment and re-credentialing process, maintaining consistent communication with both providers and insurance carriers until enrollment is successfully completed. Interact with physicians, internal, external customers, and insurance representatives, consistently delivering exceptional customer service Other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Experience preferred 1-3 years of experience in provider enrollment Familiarity with medical insurance carrier policies and procedures, as well as State and Federal rules and regulations Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payor provider enrollment process Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills, with professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities required Ability to adapt to a changing environment and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of Microsoft office, with a strong focus on Excel and Word Ability to maintain complete confidentiality when handling sensitive enrollment issues Benefits offered by Parker Staffing to
