$19.00/hour
Start Date:

Schedule:
8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST (must be available to work any 8-hour shift within operating hours)

Handling inbound and outbound insurance verification calls Verifying benefits, coverage eligibility, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs Assisting patients with enrollment and program qualification processes We are seeking an experienced Insurance Specialist to support benefits investigations and insurance verification activities for patients receiving healthcare services. The ideal candidate will have experience verifying medical and pharmacy benefits, reviewing eligibility and coverage information, and communicating with insurance carriers, providers, and patients. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to accurately document benefit information are essential.
Qualifications:
Patient-focused, empathetic, and compassionate Strong communicators with excellent verbal and written skills Comfortable managing multiple systems and applications simultaneously 2+ years of recent medical insurance experience required Provide proof of internet service and speed test results Must be okay with employment and education verification
