Job Description
Digital Applications Specialist AllSouth Federal Credit Union

Primary Responsibilities:
Assisting with member-facing side of online banking, mobile banking, and other digital banking solutions. Duties include identifying and communicating potential issues based upon product testing, analytical conclusions, understanding of the business, and member feedback. Will assist with implementing and documenting all testing and problem resolution efforts for digital banking. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience One (1) year of member service experience working with a core database system, preferably in a financial institution (Fiserv, DNA system experience preferred).
