Enrollment Specialist Location:

Easley, SC This local pulmonary clinic provides excellent patient care and maintains a welcoming, warm environment for its employees. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Enrollment Specialist to join our team. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will assisting patients obtain resources that improve their care!

Responsibilities:

Obtain informed consent from patients for enrollment in our virtual care programs. Explain the program's benefits, services, and potential outcomes to ensure patients are fully informed and objections are managed. Maintain accurate and organized records of patient consents and educational interactions in EHR according to internal protocols. Serve as an advocate for patients, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and understanding, and working to ensure a positive patient experience. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills with ability to manage patient questions Sales experience a plus Medical Office or other relevant experience a plus EMR experience a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Why Nimbus Health?
