This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). The Enrollment Support Specialist is responsible for reviewing and processing medical records, entering applicant information, and preparing professional correspondence. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and the ability to manage a high volume of work while meeting productivity and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Review and process medical records and enrollment-related documents. Enter and index medical records into a document management system. Match medical records with the appropriate health applications using identifying information. Enter applicant and medical information accurately into internal systems. Review information provided by Enrollment Associates and transfer data into standardized letter templates. Proofread documents for spelling, grammar, punctuation, capitalization, and overall accuracy. Identify errors or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections. Prepare a high volume of professional correspondence, with a goal of approximately 90 letters per day. Organize and prioritize daily workload to meet required turnaround times. Maintain established productivity and quality standards. Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members. Work independently while adapting to changing priorities and workloads. Assist with additional administrative and enrollment-related tasks as needed. Work overtime when business needs require. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous healthcare, health insurance, medical records, enrollment, or related administrative experience preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus. Strong data entry and document management skills. Excellent attention to detail and proofreading abilities. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. Ability to think critically and identify errors or discrepancies. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
