Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
The Enrollment Specialist provides operational and human resources support to the Executive Director of Enrollment, overseeing critical functions related to enroller onboarding, retention, compliance, and workforce scheduling. This role is well suited for an HR professional with experience in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, workforce coordination, and regulatory compliance. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Enrollment Specialist works collaboratively with the Enrollment Management Team, Mark III staff, enrollment managers, and enrollers to ensure efficient processes and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's degree preferred in related field, HR, Accounting, or Business 1-3 Years Experience supporting Senior Leadership Experience in human resources, talent acquisition, compliance, or workforce coordination preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and the ability to quickly learn HR and enrollment software platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on detail, organization, and professional correspondence. Ability to manage multiple HR-related projects in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and adaptable mindset. Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently or collaboratively within a team. Life and Health Insurance license required within six months of hire.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Onboarding & Documentation:
Lead and streamline the onboarding process for new enrollers, ensuring all HR-related paperwork—including carrier appointments, background checks, W9 forms, and compliance documentation—is completed accurately and efficiently.
HR Systems & Enrollment Platform Management:
Maintain and update enroller profiles across various HR and enrollment platforms, ensuring roles, responsibilities, and compliance documentation are accurately reflected.
Licensing & Compliance Oversight:
Track and maintain enroller licensing, carrier appointments, and Errors & Omissions (E&O) coverage to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Workforce Performance Tracking:
Assist in monitoring and reporting enroller productivity throughout the year, supporting performance management efforts.
Scheduling & Workforce Planning:
Oversee scheduling for onsite and call center assignments, ensuring proper workforce coverage and balancing availability with business needs.
Travel & Logistics Coordination:
Arrange travel accommodations for full-time employees and 1099 contractors as needed, ensuring smooth deployment of enrollers.
Workforce Capacity Management:
Regularly review staffing assignments and capacity reports to identify potential coverage gaps and ensure optimal workforce utilization.
HR & Administrative Support:
Provide ongoing support to the Enrollment Management Team, assisting with HR-related tasks such as employee communications, compliance tracking, and other administrative responsibilities as directed by the Director of Enrollment.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
