Full-time, Monday through Friday Work arrangement: In office; remote and hybrid work are not available Branscomb Law is seeking an organized, dependable professional to manage the details that keep client matters moving. The Case Management Specialist will coordinate information, track deadlines and outstanding items, communicate with clients, and help attorneys stay prepared for the next step in each matter. We welcome candidates from law firms, CPA and accounting firms, financial services, professional services, and other offices where accuracy, confidentiality, client communication, and follow-through are essential. Experience with nonprofit organizations or estate planning is a plus, regardless of where that experience was gained. Responsibilities Maintain accurate, organized records for assigned client matters. Track deadlines, appointments, requests for information, and outstanding tasks. Follow up with clients and colleagues to gather information and keep work moving. Coordinate documents and information among clients, attorneys, staff, and third parties. Prepare routine correspondence, forms, and document packages for review. Update case information and maintain organized electronic files. Identify missing information or approaching deadlines and bring them to the appropriate person's attention. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Qualifications Experience coordinating cases, client accounts, projects, or other detail-intensive work in a professional office. Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep track of work at different stages. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
