Guide applicants, in-person, through each step of the enrollment process and ensure all requirements are completed for all Verizon Wireless products and services Provide information regarding Verizon Wireless products and services, including their features and benefits Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress Collaborate with other Verizon Enrollment Associate team members to meet sales goals Serve as the main point of contact for customers as a Verizon Enrollment Associate Qualifications as a

Verizon Enrollment Associate:

Diploma, GED, or equivalent level of education Bilingual capabilities (in English and Arabic is highly desired) Previous experience as a Verizon Enrollment Associate, or in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role, is preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must!
