6M Executives is seeking a motivated Customer Enrollment Associate in Dallas. This marks a defining moment and a new beginning as Frontier is officially welcomed into Verizon. The Customer Enrollment Associate helps our customers enroll in Frontier's internet and TV services, making sure they understand what this new beginning means for them. As a Customer Enrollment Associate , you'll spend your days marketing and selling Frontier face-to-face, turning casual hellos into an exciting account enrollment process. You'll also be expected to hit sales targets and build a strong pipeline of prospective customers through door-to-door outreach. Role Responsibilities of the Customer Enrollment Associate Meet customers in person through approachable sales interactions to introduce Frontier's reliable internet services and provide step-by-step enrollment assistance. Deliver caring customer service by learning about their routines and recommending Frontier plans that balance speed, reliability, and affordability. Help customers make confident choices by explaining Frontier benefits in simple terms and managing enrollment with patience and clarity. Spot opportunities to increase value by suggesting Frontier upgrades and handling the enrollment process smoothly and professionally. Provide supportive guidance from initial interest through successful activation to ensure a positive, seamless Frontier experience. Contribute to overall sales success by promoting Frontier's advantages while ensuring every enrollment journey feels trustworthy and straightforward. Consistently meet or exceed individual sales quotas through proactive prospecting and effective closing techniques. Canvass assigned neighborhoods and territories daily to generate new leads and maximize enrollment opportunities. Qualities of the Customer Enrollment Associate Detail-conscious when reviewing enrollment information and account accuracy. Highly accountable with a commitment to delivering quality sales results.
