Bayou & Co DBA is currently hiring a Client Enrollment Associate to support customer enrollment and outreach initiatives for nationally recognized telecommunications brands. As a Client Enrollment Associate, you'll meet with customers face-to-face, be their first point of contact, and assist with the enrollment process from start to finish. If you enjoy helping people, working in a team environment, and learning skills that can help you grow professionally, we'd love to meet you. As a Client Enrollment Associate, you'll spend your day interacting directly with customers, creating positive experiences, and helping individuals understand their available service options. Your responsibilities as a Client Enrollment Associate will include: Meeting with customers in person and creating a welcoming experience As a Client Enrollment Associate you will educate customers on available products, services, and enrollment options Assist customers with new account enrollments and service activations Following enrollment procedures and maintaining accurate records to provide accurate information to customers Contributing to customer satisfaction through professional communication, accuracy and timely feedback Working alongside team members to achieve set goals Skills and qualifications of a
