Others just need someone who can explain their options without making things complicated. Our client is expanding its residential energy campaign throughout the Pflugerville and North Austin market and is hiring a Bilingual Customer Enrollment Specialist to work directly with customers inside established retail partner locations. You'll help English- and Spanish-speaking customers understand available residential energy services, programs and enrollment options , answer questions and guide interested customers through the enrollment process. This is a full-time customer service, enrollment and sales position with a weekly base, additional performance-based commission and paid training. Previous energy experience is not required . What You'll Actually Be Doing Your day will be active and highly customer-facing. You'll work face-to-face with customers inside partnered retail locations rather than spending your day sitting behind a desk or making cold calls. You'll be responsible for: Engaging customers inside established retail locations Communicating with customers in English and Spanish when needed Starting natural, professional conversations with shoppers Building rapport and creating a positive customer experience Asking questions to understand current household energy needs Educating customers on available residential energy services and programs Explaining program details, pricing and enrollment requirements clearly Helping customers understand and compare available options Generating qualified customer interest Answering questions about services and enrollment Guiding interested customers through the enrollment process Maintaining accurate customer and enrollment information Building relationships throughout the customer interaction Developing productive relationships with retail employees and store leadership Maintaining current campaign and program knowledge Tracking customer interactions and individual performance Working toward individual and team enrollment goals Participating in ongoing customer service, energy and sales training Great Sales Doesn't Start With a Pitch. It starts with understanding the customer. What are they currently using? What questions do they have? What matters to their household? What options are available to them? Your role is to make that information easier to understand. You'll learn how to take customers naturally through: Conversation → Discovery → Education → Options → Enrollment The goal isn't to give everyone the same presentation. It's to listen first, educate clearly and help the customer make an informed decision. That's a skill that translates far beyond energy sales. Compensation$600-$900 Weekly Base

+ Commission Weekly Pay | Full-Time | W2 | Paid Training Starting weekly base compensation within the advertised range is determined by experience and applicable compensation criteria. Performance-based commission is earned in addition to base compensation. Commission earnings vary according to individual results and the applicable compensation plan. Work Environment This is an in-person customer enrollment and retail sales position serving Pflugerville and the surrounding North Austin market. This is not remote, work-from-home, door-to-door or call-center sales. The position requires direct customer interaction and full-time retail availability, including weekends when scheduled.
