POSITION SUMMARY

Sullivan Management & Consulting Group (SMCG) is seeking a Provider Enrollment Specialist to join our growing credentialing team. This role is responsible for managing provider enrollments across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers, ensuring applications are submitted accurately and processed in a timely manner. This is a fully onsite position based in The Woodlands, TX. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and submit provider enrollment applications for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers Manage revalidations, recredentialing, and provider updates Track application status and follow up with payers to ensure timely processing Maintain accurate provider data in CAQH and internal systems Identify and resolve enrollment issues, including rejected or pended applications Communicate enrollment status and updates to internal stakeholders Document all enrollment activity, including submissions and follow-ups Support onboarding of new providers by initiating credentialing workflows Ensure compliance with payer requirements and internal processes

QUALIFICATIONS 2-3

years of recent provider enrollment or credentialing experience preferred Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer processes Familiarity with CAQH, PECOS, and payer portals Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage a high-volume workload with minimal oversight Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)

Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
