What You'll Be Doing:

Interview and verify applicant income to determine eligibility and calculate rent Review, log, and process applications, and maintain the waiting list Conduct orientations and counsel applicants on eligibility requirements Screen for local and federal preferences and conduct criminal history checks Issue vouchers and move-in packets, notify applicants of approval or denial Conduct annual reexaminations of income and household composition Maintain recordkeeping, compile reports, and respond to inquiries What You'll Need to be

Considered:

3+ years of general office experience required Willing to obtain HCV Counselor, Income Determination, and PBV Specialist certifications within year one Willing to complete LIHTC training within two years Able to meet bondability requirements Valid Texas driver's license, eligible for Authority fleet auto insurance Apply Now!
