Job Description

A nationally recognized real estate brokerage is seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Real Estate Executive Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This position serves as the first point of contact for our office, welcoming clients, realtors, vendors, and visitors while providing administrative and executive support to our team. We have three branches, and this role will help support the day-to-day needs of our offices and real estate agents. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients, agents, and visitors Answer and direct phone calls and emails Provide administrative and executive support to management Assist realtors with day-to-day administrative needs Maintain organized files and office records Coordinate meetings, events, and office activities Assist with office supplies, mail, and general office organization Help support administrative needs across our three branches Qualifications Professional, friendly, and welcoming personality Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented Previous real estate experience preferred Prior administrative, receptionist, or executive assistant experience preferred If you are organized, personable, and enjoy helping others while working in a fast-paced professional environment, we'd love to hear from you!
