Executive Assistant to the President GulfSouth Outdoor Living — Alabaster, AL Full-time

About GulfSouth GulfSouth Outdoor Living is The Southeast's Traveling Showroom — hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and cold plunges sold at expo events across the Southeast and delivered from our Alabaster headquarters. We run fast, we run lean, and the people here own their work. The role You'll work directly with the President, keeping the calendar, inbox, and follow-ups from becoming the bottleneck. This is a right-hand seat — high trust, wide variety, and enough moving pieces that no two days look the same. If you like closing loops without being asked twice, you'll do well here. How we operate Wellness First Own It Details Matter Make It Easy No BS What you'll do Own the President's calendar — scheduling, rescheduling, protecting focus time Triage the inbox: draft replies, flag what needs him personally Track projects and deadlines across the business; chase down what's outstanding Prepare documents, agendas, and meeting notes; follow up on action items Coordinate with vendors, carriers, customers, and staff on his behalf Handle travel and expo trip logistics Keep files, records, and systems organized and current Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as they come up What we're looking for 3+ years as an executive assistant, office manager, or in a similar support role Strong written communication — you can draft on his behalf and sound right Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and quick to pick up new software Discretion with confidential business information Anticipates instead of reacting; follows up without reminders Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Reporting Reports directly to the President End-of-day recap on what moved, what's outstanding, and what needs his attention Pay and schedule $22-$25 per hour, based on experience Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, on-site in Alabaster This position requires signing a confidentiality agreement To apply Apply through Indeed with your resume.
