- What you'll do:
- + Coordinate and schedule projects, events, and meetings by researching options, managing timelines, and organizing resources efficiently.
+ Manage calendar activities for leadership, prioritizing appointments and anticipating preparation needs with minimal supervision.
+ Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of leadership, ensuring clarity and timely follow-up.
+ Process and reconcile expense reports and invoices, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
+ Serve as a liaison for associates and guests, providing administrative support and resolving requests promptly.
+ Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to support business needs and continuous improvement.
- What you'll bring:
- + Proven experience in calendar management and administrative support for senior leadership.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate complex schedules and business-related events.
+ Proficiency in managing travel arrangements, expense reports, and office administration tasks.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills to draft, edit, and manage correspondence on behalf of leadership.
+ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security.
+ Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Aptitude for prioritizing requests and managing multiple competing demands efficiently.
