Fox 1 Financial is a small real estate investment company located in the Scottsdale Airpark.

Executive Administrative Assistant:

Executive Support:

Serve as a professional point of contact.

Real Estate Support:

Coordinate the flow of documents during property acquisitions and dispositions. Ensure all contracts, closing statements, and property records are accurately filed.

Financial Administration:

Oversee accounts payable and receivable across multiple property entities. Process vendor invoices, track expenses, and assist in preparing financial summaries.

Tenant & Lease Administration:

Draft lease agreements, maintain up-to-date tenant ledgers, monthly invoices, and monthly rental payments. __________________________

Experience:

3+ years in real estate investment, title/escrow, or legal administration. High proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks and Quicken). Advanced Excel skills are preferred. Have the ability to reprioritize tasks in a fluid environment.

Communication:

A high level of professionalism in written and verbal communication, capable of interacting with lenders, title officers, and tenants.

Pay:

$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
