Executive Assistant

• Great Pay to $90K Immediate need for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO of this real estate firm. This position will be responsible for the following duties:
• Calendaring and meeting coordination (onsite and remote)
• Travel coordination (both international and domestic
• Prepare expense reports
• Create PowerPoint presentations and other meeting materials
• Take and distribute meeting minutes
• Perform gatekeeping duties and prioritize action items for the CEO
• Interface with clients in the CEO's absence

Requirements:

• Recent Executive Assistant experience supporting a C-Suite executive
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
