Job Description
Pacific Staffing is partnering with our Auburn-based client to identify an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO and CIO during a critical transition period. This role is ideal for a proactive, highly organized professional who excels in complex calendar management, project coordination, strategic initiative support, and executive-level communication. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in ensuring leadership remains intentional with priorities, well-prepared for meetings, and supported across fast-moving operational and strategic demands. This is a time-sensitive search for a true "rock star" who can step in quickly, take ownership, and help drive organizational effectiveness. Contract Role (possible contract to hire)100% on site in
Support key projects, initiatives, and executive-level workflows.
Conduct research for strategic initiatives and prepare summaries or briefing materials.
Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, and capture detailed meeting minutes.
Manage planning and execution of quarterly management meetings.
Ensure executives are prepared with materials, timelines, and follow-up actions.
Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and project teams.
Provide proactive administrative support to keep leadership organized and focused.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and ownership.
Experience supporting senior executives strongly preferred.
Ability to work independently and anticipate needs before they arise.
AuburnPay:
$35- $43/hrResponsibilities:
