Description of Position:
Do you have experience supporting senior executives and keeping complex priorities organized? Our client is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the CEP, Leadership Team, and Board of Directors while helping keep important projects, meetings, communications, and follow up on track.
Job Responsibilities:
Manager the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating priorities Monitor and help organize the CEO's email inbox, including identifying priorities and routing messages Prepare the CEO for meetings by organizing agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and reports Coordinate Board of Directors and committee meetings, including agendas, board packets, meeting minutes, and records Track important deadlines, projects, action items, and follow up items for the CEO and Leadership Team Coordinate internal and external meetings with staff, funders, public agencies, community partners, and other stakeholders Draft, edit, format, and distribute professional communications and organizational materials Conduct basic research and prepare background information for meetings and strategic discussions Maintain organized executive files, record, policies, meeting documentation, and shared documents Assist with meeting and interview logistics, including greeting guest and preparing meeting spaces
Experience Required:
5+ years of experience in executive support, administration, operations, or program coordination. Experience supporting a CEO, Executive Director, or other senior executive preferred Experience supporting a Board of Directors or governance function strongly preferred Nonprofit experience is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools Experience with project or task management platforms is a plus Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Flexible, dependable, and willing to take on new responsibilities as needed Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
