An Executive Assistant provides skilled administrative support for a company executive or professional staff at an organization. Schedules meetings, calls and travel, manages correspondence, handles outside information requests and staff communications; may assist with preparing presentations.
ID Dance Competition is seeking a highly organized, proactive and polished Executive & Personal Assistant to the CEO to join our Los Angeles office. This is a high-touch support role working closely with the CEO across both business and personal priorities . The ideal candidate is resourceful, discreet, calm under pressure, and several steps ahead; someone who enjoys creating order, anticipating needs, protecting an executive's time, and keeping priorities moving forward. A background in dance, performing arts, entertainment, hospitality, live events, or another creative industry is strongly preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Support Help manage the CEO's professional calendar, meetings, appointments, and scheduling priorities Coordinate executive itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and reservations Prepare correspondence, presentations, meeting materials, and executive resources Track priorities, deadlines, action items, and follow-ups Conduct research and prepare information or recommendations for executive review Support executive-led projects, meetings, guests, and Company initiatives Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment Personal Assistant Support Coordinate personal appointments, reservations, scheduling, and travel Research and arrange personal services, purchases, recommendations, and logistics Coordinate deliveries, returns, gifting, and occasional errands Provide daily assistance with the CEO's cavapoo, including leaving the office once during the afternoon to let the dog out and attending to related routine needs as requested Communicate with personal vendors and service providers when requested Help organize personal commitments around the CEO's professional schedule Maintain organized information related to recurring preferences, contacts, and logistics

QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in a professional, full-time office or structured work environment Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, administrative, hospitality, or similar support experience preferred Bachelor's degree required Background in dance, performing arts, entertainment, hospitality, live events, or media strongly preferred Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills Strong attention to detail, discretion, and follow-through Ability to manage multiple evolving priorities independently Strong research and problem-solving abilities Comfortable interacting with executives, employees, clients, vendors, and external partners Proficiency with modern workplace technology and productivity platforms Ability to occasionally adjust working hours or travel based on executive or business needs Valid driver's license required
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is a full-time, in-person position based at ID Dance Competition's Los Angeles office with a regular Monday-Friday office schedule. Because executive support may occasionally involve time-sensitive needs, travel, meetings, or Company events, reasonable schedule flexibility may periodically be required.
