Monday•Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pmAssignment Length:
1-month assignment, anticipating end date 06/26/26 (Covering LOA) Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible administrative or executive assistant experience Strong background in planning, organizing, and supporting senior leadership Excellent written and verbal communication skills Close attention to detail and ability to follow complex directions Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including: Excel (charts, pivot tables) PowerPoint (creating and editing presentations) Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Typing speed of 45-50 WPM Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (preferred) Experience supporting multiple leaders in a fast-paced environment Position Overview Under the direct supervision of the Vice President, the Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and confidential support to ensure smooth daily operations within the Administrative Office. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Key Responsibilities Provide executive-level administrative support to the Vice President and leadership team Manage heavy calendar scheduling, appointments, conference calls, and online meetings Coordinate travel arrangements, reservations, and expense reporting Prepare correspondence, business letters, reports, memos, and meeting minutes Assist with annual budget preparation, monitoring, and payment voucher processing Maintain supporting documentation for administrative contracts Organize special meetings, events, press conferences, and departmental functions Proofread documents for grammar, formatting, and accuracy Order office supplies and support overall department operations Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalismPay:
