Job Description:
Executive Assistant We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to a C-Level Executive. This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks-it requires someone who can anticipate needs, manage complex priorities, and act as a trusted extension in both internal and external interactions. What You'll Do Manage a high-volume and constantly shifting calendar, ensuring meetings and commitments are prioritized appropriately. Serve as a liaison between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining a polished, professional, and client-focused presence. Support preparation for strategy sessions, board meetings, and leadership discussions, including creating and refining materials in PowerPoint and Excel. Help organize and streamline information flow-capturing details, drafting communications, and ensuring follow-ups are completed. Coordinate with senior leaders, board members, clients, and external partners to arrange calls, meetings, and events. Maintain confidentiality and discretion, acting as a trusted partner and safeguarding sensitive information. Be available and responsive beyond standard office hours as needed to support critical business priorities.
Additional responsibilities:
HR support, market research and financial analysis What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or associate degree preferred. Related experience in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence. Strong technical proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel. Maturity, professionalism, and the ability to represent the President with polish and discretion. A problem-solver who can take initiative, anticipate needs, and follow through without being micromanaged. A relationship-driven professional who values trust, confidentiality, and client responsiveness.
