200683814-0836 Apple's Cloud Infrastructure organization within Apple Services is looking for a confident, highly organized Executive Assistant to support multiple senior leaders in a fast-paced environment. You will operate as a key partner to Directors and Senior Directors, managing complex and constantly evolving calendars, navigating competing demands, and ensuring the day-to-day runs seamlessly so leaders can focus on the work. This role requires executive presence, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach. Description Provide comprehensive calendar management for multiple senior leaders including coordinating across time zones and resolving frequent scheduling conflicts with confidence and diplomacyNegotiate scheduling on behalf of leaders with internal and external partners, balancing competing demands while maintaining strong working relationshipsServe as a trusted point of contact for leadership communications, meeting logistics, and escalations, exercising judgment on when to act independently and when to escalateCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itinerary changesManage expense reporting, procurement, and purchasing through Apple's systems Plan and execute team events, offsite's, and leadership meetingsBuild and maintain excellent working relationships with fellow admins across Apple Services and the broader Apple admin communityHandle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretionIdentify opportunities to improve administrative processes and team operations Minimum Qualifications 5-8+ years of Administrative Assistant experience supporting Director-level or above leadership and/or Reception Administrative equivalency in a corporate or technology environment. Proven experience managing complex calendars for multiple leaders simultaneously Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high degree of professionalism Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity Ability to be onsite; this role is an in-person, onsite position Available to work some nights and weekends as needed Up to 10% + travel required; both domestic and international Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting multiple senior leaders across different functions or teams Confident executive presence with the ability to represent leadership well in interactions at all levels Strong relationships across administrative and cross-functional teams Proficiency with Apple technology tools A self-starter who anticipates needs and uses good judgment without waiting to be asked Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through A confident, solutions-oriented approach and the composure to operate effectively when timelines, priorities, and circumstances change quickly Build trust fast, navigate complexity with grace, and make the people around you more effective Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $43.49 and $76.05/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
